Owen
Owen Project- (Ni-Cu-PGE) Sudbury District, ON

- Acquired 6 mineral patents and completed staking around historic high grade Nickel showing.
- Historic DDH intersection of 1.17% Ni and 0.39% Cu over 14ft, Grab samples up to 3.82% Ni and 2.38% Cu.
- 338 km of AeroTEM HD Airborne EM/MAG survey completed upgrades geophysical data over known conductors and has identified additional targets on the property.
- Drilling >1000m expected to be completed after breakup 2011, this drilling will test the known showing, its untested extents, as well as new targets identified on the property.
The Owen Property is located outside of Sudbury. A 100% interest in the patented Owen Property was acquired and additional staking carried out to firm up the property position. The property hosts outcropping nickel-copper mineralization that historic reports have provided grades of up to 1.17% nickel and 0.39% copper over 4.7 metres and 2.01%Nickel and 0.41% Copper over 1.3m from drilling. A total of 20 historic drill holes have been completed on the property however the mineralization remains open in all directions. The mineralization is hosted in mafic to ultramafic intrusive rocks that have seen little exploration in the area to date.
335 km of AeroTEM HD airborne magnetic and electromagnetic survey was completed in 2011 and gives a much higher resolution to the geophysics going forward. Modeling of coincident EM-mag anomalies will be completed and these targets will be drilled in summer 2011.
